LA Tree Alliance works to defend the existing network of mature and canopied trees in the City and County of Los Angeles.

Trees are coming out of the ground faster than we can put them back in. What’s being put back is simply not appropriate and providing zero relief for communities. What makes this increasingly more egregious is these removals are exacerbating climate change directly in our neighborhoods with no relief in sight from our City Leadership.

LA Tree Alliance is network of advocates demanding changes in tree policy from our city, science based decision making and a real effort to undo the damage being done.
